How The Dangerous Age Came to Be

There comes a moment when you feel like something has to shift. For me, that moment came in the middle of chaos a mix of frustration, self-doubt, and longing for more.
The Nudge I Didn’t Ask For
“I felt like I was being quietly told to ‘move on,’ to shift from the deep healing work I loved into… something else.”
I got reported to the psychotherapy board, even though I was doing nothing outside my scope it still felt like I was not meant to be in that space anymore.
After having struggled for years on my own perimenopause journey I decided to get certified in menopause coaching through Girls Gone Strong. I was obsessed with their philosophy and the CEO’s book Strong Women Lift Each Other Up. The idea of helping women rise together lit a fire in me.

The Struggle Was Real
“WTF did I waste my money on this?
Where was I going to share it?”
I felt lost and confused, like maybe the universe wanted me to just be home with my boys.
Memories popped up of when I rented a dinner cruise ship for a body image workshop and lost money & mostly friends showed up to support me.
Reached out to rent a wellness office space — crickets. Literally no response
Almost became a Zumba instructor, (I can NOT dance) I can not stress this enough
I created an entire teen girl elite athlete training program, even created an instagram
I did some corporate gigs the only joy? Connecting with people.

Voices That Pushed Me Forward
“Ash, you have a gift. You are meant for great things. You have the ability to make others feel safe to share and connect.”
Friends and clients reminded me high reward, low effort workshops were my strength. Spaces where people leave lighter, energized, and inspired.

The 90-Day Bootcamp That Changed Everything
“Then I found it. The place to house all my online workshops alongside a safe, secure community off social media.”
I created a 90-day business bootcamp for myself, and suddenly all the pieces clicked. I revisited my old online community, The Me Movement, and realized the focus wasn’t right.
The Phoenix Moment
“I had called the members of my old community Phoenixes,
and I laughed. This is perfect.”
The Dangerous Age is different. Yes, there’s education, but the heart of it is connection, shared experience, and the magic of women lifting women.

From Rock Bottom to Rebellion
“The Dangerous Age came from rock bottom. From frustration. From muck and mess. And now? I jump up every day ready to bury myself in this work.”
The passion, purpose, and energy I feel now is electric. If you’ve ever felt meant for more or longed for connection this is your space.
The waitlist is OPEN and when you join it you will also get a free 5 day self sabotage workshop sent right to your inbox daily. A little thank you from me :)
“The Dangerous Age is here. The rebellion is on. Will you rise with us?”
